Returns are offered as core exchange parts through a new car dealership ONLY. INVISION will credit the account of the dealership once the part has been tested and is authorized by INVISION Quality Control to fall under the INVISION warrantee guidelines. Please review our Limited Product Warranty for full warranty disclosure and limitations.
Units under full warranty coverage will receive warranty parts on an advance exchange basis. Any parts returned on an advanced exchange that are deemed to not fall under warranty guidelines will not be credited to the dealership account. Additionally any units that fall outside of warranty guidelines will require purchase of new parts.
