Thank you for purchasing your new INVISION rear seat entertainment system.

System(s) not registered with INVISION Automotive Systems within 120 days of purchase of vehicle(s) are not eligible for warranty service. A proof of purchase from the original owner is required to receive warranty service. A sales receipt or other valid document showing original date of purchase is considered proof of purchase. (Purchase through an outside vendor or auction is excluded) Warranty term begins on the vehicle purchase date if vehicle is registered within 120 days of purchase of vehicle(s).

Factory Match Warranty™
INVISION Automotive Systems will match basic factory warranties on parts (labor excluded) for new vehicles. Vehicles purchased used receive a 1 year /12,000 mile warranty. The VIN is required to determine the terms of the warranty. View a list of manufacturer warranties.

Warranty work and limitations:

  • All core exchange installations must be performed at the dealership of the original purchase. Exception requires the use of an authorized dealership, or pre-approved installer. *Dealer labor fee may apply.
  • Internal repair work on original parts can only be performed by INVISION Automotive Systems.
  • Replacement parts will be provided in accordance with terms of this warranty.
  • INVISION Automotive Systems is not responsible for shipping fees incurred when returning product.

Warranty validity:

  • All core exchange installations must be performed at the dealership of the original purchase. Warranty claims made against Installations not performed by an authorized INVISION dealer, or agent of a dealer, will not be considered legitimate.
  • Systems damaged through abuse are not eligible for warranty service. (ex. vehicle accident, liquid intrusion, physical abuse or acts of God).
  • Sale of vehicle voids warranty on the INVISION system. (Warranty is non-transferable).
  • Purchase(s) completed via an outside vendor, other than a new car dealership, are not eligible for warranty. (Inclusive of specialty store, on-line auction, 2nd party purchase, any online purchase).
  • Alteration made to any part of an INVISION system voids the warranty.

Online warranty registration must be completed on our website within 120 days of purchase to validate warranty.

Warranty is non-transferable.
